Personal data processing policy for evskakunova-ai.ru

1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter "152-FZ") and sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures for ensuring its security on the site evskakunova-ai.ru (the "Site").
1.2. Personal data controller: Evgenia Vladimirovna Skakunova, a payer of tax on professional income (self-employed) under Federal Law No. 422-FZ, Taxpayer ID (INN) 774395464289, email evskakunova777@yandex.ru, Telegram @EvgeniaSkakunova (the "Controller").
1.3. Using the Site means the visitor unconditionally agrees to the terms of this Policy as it applies to anonymized statistics and cookie files (sections 3-4 below); for data that requires a separate explicit consent (for example, personal data shared in the Telegram bot), a separate document applies: "Consent to the Processing of Personal Data," which the data subject signs/confirms separately.
1.4. If a visitor does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must stop using the Site.
2.1. The Site is static (no personal account, no storage of passwords or payment details of visitors on its side) and does NOT directly collect personal data (name, phone, email) through its own forms; the Site has no form requesting such data.
2.2. Through the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (see section 3), technical and behavioral visitor data is automatically collected: IP address, cookie files and the associated browser identifiers, browser/device type and version, referral source, pages visited, time on site, on-page actions (Webvisor), scroll map and click map, form-fill analytics (should any forms appear on the Site in the future).
2.3. The "I want a review" button takes the visitor to the Controller's external Telegram bot, where the conversation is initiated by the visitor themselves. Personal data that the visitor shares in the conversation with the bot (name, contacts, the content of the request, etc.) is collected and processed WITHIN Telegram, not through the Site's own means, and is governed separately: by Telegram's terms of use and by a separate consent to the processing of personal data, which is requested at the first message to the bot.
3.1. A Yandex.Metrica counter (number 111855522) is installed on every page of the Site. Google Analytics and other foreign analytics services are not used on the Site.
3.2. Metrica installs technical cookie files in the visitor's browser, including the primary ones: _ym_uid (a unique anonymous visitor identifier, retention period: 1 year) and _ym_d (date of first visit, retention period: 1 year). These identifiers do not by themselves contain the visitor's name, phone, or email, but under the legal position of Roskomnadzor they qualify as personal data because they allow a specific visitor to be distinguished from others.
3.3. By continuing to use the Site, the visitor agrees to the installation of these cookie files and to the processing of anonymized technical data by Yandex.Metrica. The visitor may opt out of Metrica's cookie files at any time: through their browser settings (blocking/deleting cookies), or via the official Metrica opt-out extension. Opting out of cookies does not restrict access to the Site's content.
3.4. Processing of data within the Yandex.Metrica service itself is carried out by Yandex LLC as an independent controller/processor under its own rules: see the Yandex.Metrica Terms of Use and the Yandex Privacy Policy.
4.1. Data collected by Yandex.Metrica is processed for the purposes of: analyzing site traffic and visitor behavior, improving the usability and content of the Site, evaluating the effectiveness of individual pages.
4.2. Data that a visitor shares in the Telegram bot is processed for the purposes of: responding to the visitor's request (a consultation, a review), informing the visitor about the Controller's products and services, and sending materials the visitor requested themselves.
5.1. Processing of data by Yandex.Metrica is carried out on the basis of the personal data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), which the visitor expresses through conclusive action by continuing to use the Site after reviewing this Policy, given the technical ability to opt out of cookies (section 3.3).
5.2. Processing of data shared in the Telegram bot is carried out on the basis of a separate consent from the subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ) and/or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ), if the conversation leads to payment for a Material under the public offer.
6.1. Yandex.Metrica data is retained in accordance with the service's own policy (cookie identifiers: up to 1 year with auto-renewal on repeat visits, see section 3.2); the Controller does not independently export or store this data on its own servers separately from Metrica's interface.
6.2. Data shared in the Telegram bot is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing (responding to the request, performing the contract), but no longer than required by Russian law or until the subject withdraws consent.
7.1. In accordance with Art. 14 of 152-FZ, the personal data subject has the right to: obtain information about the Controller's processing of their data; request the correction, blocking, or destruction of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing; withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time; and appeal the Controller's actions to Roskomnadzor or to court.
7.2. A request or withdrawal of consent is sent to evskakunova777@yandex.ru or to Telegram @EvgeniaSkakunova, indicating the full name, a contact for the response, and the substance of the request.
7.3. The Controller reviews the request and provides a response within 10 business days of receipt (the period may be extended by no more than 5 business days with a reasoned notice to the requester, Art. 20 of 152-FZ).
7.4. Upon withdrawal of consent, the Controller stops processing and destroys (or ensures the destruction of) the relevant personal data within no more than 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless longer retention is required on another lawful basis (for example, to retain accounting documents for a completed payment), Art. 21 of 152-FZ.
8.1. The Controller takes organizational and technical measures proportionate to the nature and volume of the data processed (Art. 18.1, 19 of 152-FZ): restricting access to visitor correspondence and data, using certified third-party services (Yandex.Metrica, Telegram, Prodamus) as processors of the relevant data on their own infrastructure, and not storing visitors' payment data or passwords on the Site's side.
9.1. The Controller does not sell or transfer visitors' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by third-party services solely as technical processors for the purposes stated in section 4: Yandex.Metrica (web analytics), Telegram (messenger for conversations with the bot), Prodamus (payment processing, only when purchasing a Material under the offer).
9.2. The Controller does not independently carry out cross-border transfer of data outside the RF; processing of data within the Yandex.Metrica and Telegram services is governed by their own policies, referenced in section 3.4 and in the interface of the respective service.
10.1. The Controller may amend the text of this Policy by publishing a new version on this page indicating the version date. The version in effect is the one published on the Site at the time of the visit.
