For access to the digital information materials of the «Growing With AI» project
This is an English translation for reference. The Russian-language version is the legally binding document under Russian law.

1.1. This document is a public offer (an offer to enter into an agreement) within the meaning of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, addressed to any legally capable individual who accepts its terms ("Buyer").
1.2. Seller: Evgenia Vladimirovna Skakunova, a payer of tax on professional income (self-employed) under Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27.11.2018 "On Conducting an Experiment to Establish the Special Tax Regime 'Tax on Professional Income'" (in effect until 31.12.2028), Taxpayer ID (INN) 774395464289, contact: evskakunova777@yandex.ru, Telegram @EvgeniaSkakunova. 1.3. Subject of the agreement: the Seller provides the Buyer with access to digital information materials: guides, checklists, templates, recordings, mini-courses on automating content and business with AI (hereinafter the "Material"), and the Buyer pays for one-time access to a specific Material. The name, contents, and price of a specific Material are indicated on the sales page / payment page for that Material; that page is an integral part of the agreement with respect to a specific purchase.
1.4. The service is informational and advisory in nature and is NOT an educational service within the meaning of Federal Law No. 273-FZ of 29.12.2012 "On Education in the Russian Federation" (the Seller does not hold an educational license); diplomas and certificates of education are not issued, regardless of how a specific Material is labeled on the sales page (including where the word "course" is used; this is a colloquial description of the format, not an educational service within the meaning of the law).
1.5. Acceptance of the offer (full and unconditional acceptance of its terms) is carried out through one of the following conclusive actions of the Buyer (Art. 438(3) of the Civil Code of the RF): payment for the selected Material through the Seller's payment form (payment operator: Prodamus) and/or checking the box confirming agreement with the offer's terms on the payment form. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded in writing with respect to the specific paid Material.
2.1. The price of access to a specific Material is indicated on the sales page / payment page for that Material at the time of payment. The offer does not fix a single price; different Materials have different prices. Not subject to VAT (the Seller applies the professional income tax regime, Art. 15 of Federal Law No. 422-FZ).
2.2. Payment is made by non-cash means through the Prodamus payment form. The payment methods available to the Buyer are determined by the Prodamus form's interface at the time of payment.
2.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment funds are credited to the Seller's account / confirmation is received from Prodamus.
2.4. After payment, the Seller is obliged to generate and send the Buyer a receipt through the "My Tax" ("Мой налог") application within the procedure and timeframe established by Federal Law No. 422-FZ (no later than the 9th day of the month following the month of settlement). With the Prodamus ↔ "My Tax" integration enabled, the receipt is generated and sent automatically to the email/phone provided at payment.
3.1. Access to a paid Material is granted to the Buyer automatically after payment is confirmed: through the method indicated on the sales page of the specific Material (in a dialogue with the Seller's Telegram bot, a download link, an invitation to a closed channel/chat, etc.), or to the email provided at payment if the primary delivery method is technically unavailable.
3.2. If delivery happens through a Telegram bot, the Buyer must start a dialogue with the bot (press Start or the equivalent): without this action, automatic delivery is technically impossible; in that case the Material is sent to the email address instead.
3.3. The deadline for granting access is no more than 24 hours from the moment payment is received (usually instant, in automatic mode).
4.1. The Material is digital content, and the question of refunds for it is not directly regulated by Russian law (Decree of the Government of the RF No. 2463 of 31.12.2020 "On Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods under a Retail Sale Contract..." regulates the retail sale of physical goods and does not apply to intangible digital content). The refund procedure is therefore established by this offer based on Art. 32 of the Law of the RF No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (as amended as of 13.08.2026, taking into account Ruling of the Constitutional Court of the RF No. 7-P of 17.02.2026, which found paragraphs 3 and 4 of Art. 26.1 of the same law on distance selling to be partially inconsistent with the Constitution of the RF; this legal position concerns the distance selling of goods (physical items) and does not cancel the exclusion of digital content from the general refund procedure established by Decree No. 2463, but is noted here as relevant context): the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement at any time, provided they compensate the Seller for expenses actually incurred.
4.2. If the Buyer requests a refund BEFORE opening/downloading the Material / gaining access to it, the Seller refunds 100% of the amount paid within 10 calendar days of the request (by analogy with the timeframe established by Art. 26.1 of the aforementioned law for distance selling).
4.3. If the Material has already been opened, downloaded, or access to it has been granted and confirmed by the Buyer (received in Telegram/by email/in a channel), the agreement is deemed fully performed by the Seller (the Material was delivered in full, with no phased access), the Seller's actually incurred expenses in this case are equal to the full price of the service, and no refund is issued, except in cases of:
In these cases, a refund/re-delivery is made within 3 business days of the Seller confirming the fact.
4.4. A refund request is sent to evskakunova777@yandex.ru or to Telegram @EvgeniaSkakunova, indicating the name of the paid Material, the payment date, the amount, and the reason for the request.
5.1. The Seller grants the Buyer a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Material for personal purposes. The Buyer may not resell, publicly distribute, or copy the Material or its parts for third parties without the Seller's written consent.
6.1. The Seller does not promise the Buyer a specific income, employment, or a specific financial result from using any Material. The Materials are a demonstration of working principles, instructions, and templates; the outcome of applying them depends on the Buyer's own actions.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for the impossibility of using the Material for reasons attributable to the Buyer (lack of necessary software, subscriptions to third-party services, or technical skills specified in the description of the specific Material on the sales page).
7.1. When paying for and gaining access to the Material, the Buyer's personal data is processed. The terms of processing are set out in a separate document, "Personal Data Processing Policy," published on the Seller's site; consent to the processing of personal data is formalized in a separate document before data is collected.
8.1. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, they are resolved under the procedure established by Russian law at the Seller's place of residence/registration.
8.2. The Seller may amend the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on the site page; agreements already concluded are governed by the version in effect at the time of payment.
8.3. This offer is a general (framework) offer for all of the Seller's digital Materials. In case of contradictions between this offer and the terms indicated on the sales page/payment page of a specific Material (regarding name, contents, and price), the terms on the specific Material's sales page take priority; otherwise, the terms of this offer apply.
